Exhibitor Letter

Hello, I hope you are staying cool and safe.  What a weird year for weather we are having here in Virginia.  Max and I wanted to check in with each for you just to say hi and thank you once again for being a part of VA Hunt Fest in Roanoke, Virginia last January.  We hope each of you had a great experience and are planning to attend or have already confirmed space at our 2013 event next January. 

 

Did you know you were part of history in Roanoke-Salem, Virginia area?  The first annual VA Hunt Fest set an all time high attendance record for a sports show in the Roanoke region.  Some doubted it could be done, they said it has been tried, the area doesn’t have the sportsmen or financial base.  We proved them wrong!  When you combine knowledge promoters, excellent facilities and staff, the highest sportsman population per capita in Virginia, superior vendors and talent, plus professional and attentive media outlets. It’s an environment the breeds success and we are so proud you were a part of it.

 

 We are very excited about the 2013 show!  We are in the process of getting all the i's dotted and t's crossed, but should have some announcements to make on the website, VERY SOON!  With your help we want to build on the excitement from 2012 and bring out more attendees than the Roanoke Civic Center has ever seen at any Hunting and Fishing show before!
