Trail Camera Photo Contest
TRAIL CAM PHOTO CONTEST GUIDELINES & RULES
- The contest is open to everyone. You must first purchase a show general admission ticket before you can enter the photo contest.
- Entry fee is $5 each photo /3 photos for $10.
- Bring your entries to the James River NWTF booth; no mail-in entries are accepted.
- Entry deadline is 3:00 PM Sunday.
- Black-and-white or color prints only.
- The winners will be selected by a panel of judges selected by the NWTF ( All decisions FINAL)
- Image size can be from 4”x6” or 5”x7” or 8”x10”. Entry’s larger than 8”x10” will not be allowed.
- Your name, address and telephone number, including area code, and choice of contest category, must be on the back of each entry (NWTF reserves the right to change category, or reject any entry at their discretion.)
- Winners will be announced Sunday at 4:30 PM.
- Photos must remain on display until 4:30 PM Sunday after which they will be available for pick-up until 5:00 pm. Admission Free on Sunday with contest entry receipt.
- The Roanoke Civic Center, Hunt Fest VA and the NWTF are NOT responsible for photos not retrieved prior to close of show on Sunday!
